KYS Sound Collector

 

A teacher came to KYS

Dressed all in smart and nice

Put every sound into a handbag

And carried them back home

 

The teaching of the teachers

The singing of the hymns

The speaking of the children

The ringing of the bell

 

The swinging of the hula hoop

The laughing of the kids

When you shoot the basketball

The swishing sound it makes

 

The shuffling of the footsteps

The ticking of the clock

When you hear the off school bell

The marking time starts

 

The cheering of the classmates

On the sports or swimming day

When you have done your best

The clapping of the hands

 

The crunching of the biscuits

The chewing of the fruit

The slurping of the hot soup

The blessing of our God

 

A teacher came to KYS

She did leave her footprints

Embrace lots of memories
